Beach. It is 100 yards from the Tate Gallery and the sandy Porthmeor Beach (ideal
for children). It's in a superb location, the town's shops, restaurants and
the harbour are only a two minute walk away.
The house is around 150 years old, it is light and airy and has three bedrooms, two with views over the sea. There is gas central heating.
