I have chosen an objective criteria for the inclusion of hotels. This site only lists hotels with over 70% quality grading from the AA in 2001. These hotels are only ones that the AA defines as being of "high quality", and there are only 34 such hotels in the whole of Cornwall.

This web site will only tell you about the good hotels in Cornwall - they are"the Cream of Cornwall" - which like the clotted cream for which we are also famous, represents the best the county has to offer the visitor.
